Hi doc, i got married to the daughter of my fathers sister... Its been 11 months to my marriage.. Now we are trying for a baby... Just need to ask which tests are recommended to avoid genetic problems in child.. Thank you in advance.

During periods, 1st two days my legs,stomach and back pains too much. I have to take pain killer on 1st day of period every month. I know its not good to take antibiotics but due to pain i have to take. Please suggest me what to do or which medicine should I take to reduce pain?

We got two male kids and Family planning done,now we are interested in 3rd baby what is the procedure to remove the family planning..

1. itching on my jawline area, legs, feet and sole. (mostly during summers) 2. the period blood flow exceeds 5 days time. when i fall sick the time period of the cycle increases i.e. the bleeding takes 15-20 days to stop. 3. i am overweight. i started with working out for 20-30 min daily(moderate level of exercise) but i cant reduce weight. a month after i started exercising my weight just just fluctuated 2 -3 kgs but within a month the weight increased and i was back to the same point where i started.

The patient is planning to conceive but she got her periods this month but with a delay of 7 days. Now she has constant stomach ache even after 2 days of her periods. She is feeling cramps and burning sensation in abdomen along with pain in lower back and legs. Is it normal or should she consult a gynaecologist?

What is the difference between 4d USG and color Doppler scan.Are both same or different. Or 4d USG can be done separately or along with color Doppler? My previous baby was down syndrome. What parameters shud I look for in anomaly scan? My Dual n triple marker test are low risk.

I am getting married in few days. My gynec suggested me femovan for 6 months. She asked me to start on 5th day of my cycle. So my marriage would be before completion of first 21 tablets. Would it be still effective? And is the 5th day usage correct? Want to make sure. Will additional protection be required?

I weigh 69kg with height 5-6". I have PCOS since 1 year for which I was taking metformin. Till I was having them everything was fine, even periods got regular until I left having them.
