I was recently diagonised with a uteri ne polyp, it causes immense pain during periods n also pre n post menstrual bleeding. Doctors have suggested surgery. Is there any alternate treatment for this?

My mensural cycle is irregular. I hardly get periods 3 to 4 times in a year. I have consulted doctor before for this and they prescribed me to take pills for 21 days...I followed it for nearly 2 years and stopped it as many people suggested me that taking those pills in a long run is not good. I am suffering from incomplete stool evacuation issue since 3 years. Recently I noticed blood in stool. I visited gastroenterologist and underwent colonoscopy. The doctor said everything is fine. But now am facing blood between periods. White discharge with blood in it. Can these two things be connected? What should I do?
