Hii, my menstrual cycle is irregular, it usually occurs in a month gap or sometimes even 2 months gap also occurs.. i feel weakness sometimes... i am very much worried about my health.. is there any serious issue with this.. ?

Madam as two girls r not same look wise or anything between them cannot be compared. So their periods r also different. Compare ur cycles with ur own cycle. Have u recently gained weight. If yes reduce it. I won't recommend any treatment unless u get married. Because the treatment is directed towards ovulation
