Irregular Periods (Menstrual Cycle)
I usually used to have irregular periods (in alternate months) and it used to be fine with regular blood flow and duration but now, it has been four months and I have had no periods. There has been no sexual activity involved. Please suggest me any particular medication. My dieteary habbits are the same, but sleeping pattern is irregular. Bowel movements are also regular.

If you are towards the heavy side of weight then the irregular periods is mostly due to hormonal imbalance , Polycystic ovarian disease which needs to be treated or it will lead to anovulation and infertility in future and also increased risk of diabetes obesity hypertension.
