Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

Hi, Can we use epilex 100 ml, and ziprex dry syrup for cold, please advise.

My baby girl is 5.5 months old. Currently are giving daily Vit D syrup. Dosage prescribed by doctor is  800 IU 1 ml per day. Is this dosage correct? And how long this must be continued?

We are giving Atarax syrup (3ml) to 3 year old kid at night as per doctor's suggestion  for sleep issues. Can we give it after food ? Or is there any requirement for that to be taken before food? Note: he is taking tonoferon (3 ml) as iron supplement , half an hr before food at night.

My 6 year old daughter is suffering from wheezing and cough. On and off since last 2 years. She was absolutely fine during summer months and neubilization was not required but condition worsened during winters in Delhi.Doctors have diagnosed it as allergic bronchitis.  She is been given budesal 0.5 and salbair 0.31 and 5ml montair syrup .Her conditions improves a lot after neubulization.. Now the doctor has advised to give budecort inhaler 2 puffs twice a day and she is taking it. Her allergy panel test is done and IGe was 10. She has been advised to stay away from dust , moulds, cold food and air. Pls advise if homeopathy can completely cure her problem? Any food restrictions like junk food? Are Air purifiers helpful in controlling?

My mother is having mild cough nd cold from last 6 days. Today being the 6th day got a slight fever. Rest there are no symptoms. Oxygen level monitored 2 days back was 97 . She is having paracetamol today onwards and benadryl syrup with regular steam nd kara. She has taken her first vaccine already. Please let me know. Is it something to be worried of. As per her she drank cold water nd continues rains happening in the area due to which she caught cold. No contacts with anyone. No other family members hving symptoms as on date by gods grace. Should I be worried.

I am 21yrs. For the past few days I have severe cough. There's only dry cough. I am getting continuous dry cough dont know Wat to do. Because of this cough I get chest pain. Please tell me the prevention for this problem. I consulted a doctor. He gave me medicine. While continuing it I was not having cough. When I stopped the medicine I got the cough as earlier.

On 26 December 2018 i had itching throat and then cough started. I had low grade fever and it went away with home medicine. cough did not go away and persisted throughout January 2019. Cough severity decreased but it is still there. 2 days ago i checked my blood and xray. Cbc esr was normal. We have construction work going on in our building since 1 year.my father had tb chest 2 years ago. I dont have evening rise fever but i m having low grade fever intermittently. I m a Ayurveda practitioner and i m at my witts end. Please help.

I have breathing issue through nose and chest diaphragm. I can't breath fully, a short breath. After X ray doctor told its cough in chest and even I have acidity. So along with cough syrup doctor prescribed for acid reflux tablets. But still I didn't recover(slight improvement is there) after 3 visits. I have done RT PCR, which is negative. Oxygen level, respiration level are normal. What could be done? Info: I have lower back pain/slip disc as well

My son 4 yrs 4 month weight 13.5 kg is suffering from cold and cough. He had a past history of bronciolitics when he was at 2 yrs old. We continuing Budecort 100 2 puff 2 times and delpomont syrup 5 ml at evening over the last 1.5 years. When the cough is high, we use salbair 250 puff. Now doc prescribe amrodil xp and Zadonase-F(2.5 ml × 2). Is it safe to give two allergy medicine at a time?? I.e montelukast oral suspension(delpomont) and fexofenadine Hydrochloride suspension(Zadonase-F). Plz help!!!
