My son 4 yrs 4 month weight 13.5 kg is suffering from cold and cough. He had a past history of bronciolitics when he was at 2 yrs old. We continuing Budecort 100 2 puff 2 times and delpomont syrup 5 ml at evening over the last 1.5 years. When the cough is high, we use salbair 250 puff.
Now doc prescribe amrodil xp and Zadonase-F(2.5 ml × 2).
Is it safe to give two allergy medicine at a time?? I.e montelukast oral suspension(delpomont) and fexofenadine Hydrochloride suspension(Zadonase-F).
Plz help!!!

Though auscultation of chest would give me better insight into the clinical situation, I would still recommend to use montelukast only. Use of salbair inhaler is recommended as and when there is spasmodic cough.
