For Fever
Ensure hydration: Offer water, diluted juice, ORS, or coconut water.
Paracetamol syrup with adequate dosage can be given every 6 hours if the child is uncomfortable.
For cold and cough:
Use nasal saline drops/spray 2–3 times a day to clear the nose.
Steam inhalation
