Hi Doctor's, My baby is 2 years and 9 months old and her weight is 13 kgs. From 4 days she's having cough and runny nose. And had fever 2 days in the beginning and I gave her P Stat DS syrup for 2 days and stopped. But she's coughing more with runny nose. Started augmentin duo and wikoryl from 2 days still no changes in her health. She drinks only soup, milk and no other food. Please suggest whether any changes has to be done in medicine and what steps has to be taken. And also what foods I can try to help her to get energy. Thanks in advance

After sleeping 1 night under minimum fan my 15month old boy (10kgs 800gms) has developed very very runny nose, sneezing, coughing and very watery eyes. I get sick every 2-3 months. I stay in Bangalore. It all starts with sore throat and followed by cough/cold and fever. Fever stays for 2-3 days then cold and cough takes 2-3 weeks or more to gradually subside. Some patterns i found when I fall sick - When I return to blr from trips, or when I suddenly go to gym or play sports, or sometimes even during normal routines i fall sick. I went to many doctors , even to manipal, but all doctors just write medicines like Amoxicillin and cough syrup without trying to understand underlying patterns and causes. I am fed up. Please help. What steps can I take to get a long term cure for this?

My son will be 7 years this december, ENT has recommend ed surgery for Adenoids. Would like to take second opinion. He is having Ear ache in both ears. He snores while sleeping, his mouth is open while sleeping. First he gets cold, running nose then cough and then Ear ache starts. This is recurring for last 2 months now. He takes antibiotics and cough syrup and gets ok after 5 days of prescribed medicine. Then after 2 weeks again he gets cold cough and Ear starts aching. Kindly suggest what need

Fever 100-102 & dry cough for last 3 weeks. Coughing is causing headache & abdominal pain. Blood test report showed -ve for typhoid, malaria & Wendell test. But ESR in blood came as 59 but its range is 0-20. Taking meds-Almont Alcare, Curin-M, Oceft-cf-500 & a cough syrup. But still fever fluctuates btw 100-102. Plz suggest what might be the problm

I have a coughing since 6 days. I haven't taken any medicine. But in morning there is some cough which is green and very thinck and sticky. When I expel the air from lungs through mouth not nose there is a wheezing sound. All time s urges to cough. Sometimes cough is coming out. Very much problems.
