My son age is 1 month baby suffering from cold cough and tight tummy crying intense on night last week doctor gave cough cold medicine and antibiotics and nebulizer to use every 6 hours then breathing and nose block relief somehow today I consultant senior pediatric doc my son birth weight is 2.9 kgs today at 4 weeks weight is 3.7 kgs and length is 49cm and bmi is 15.74 kgs doctor prescribed 1.phena kid syrup, 2.tummy soft drop 3 . Econorm 250 mg 4. Zincovit and 5 . Decsil syrups is it safe for newborn and how to use these. Please tell I don't have access to good doctor in my area

Been having runny nose, sneezing with white or pale yellow phlegm, phlegm buildup in throat. Coughing with white to pale yellow phlegm with pain in throat immediately afterwards. Also have light headache and pain around the eyes after coughing and neck and back pain as well as pain in the jaw joint. Sometimes get cramps in lower abdomen after an episode of severe coughing. As for diet, have included rusk, soups, and dry biscuits and have stopped taking spicy and oily food. Drinking only warm water. I have been taking New Dolo Cold tablets in morning and night after food as well as Cofsils AX cough syrup 3 times daily for the past 3 days. Also am doing warm salt water gargling whenever I get throat pain. Please advise whether i should be taking these medicines or stop and take any other medicines. Am getting max bed rest as i can. Is sun bathing good for me? I also have vitamin D & B12 deficiency and high LDL cholesterol and low HDL cholesterol. Also have fatty liver.

My daughter 2 years old recovered from viral fever. She had 8 days fever and cold that was cured. However dr asked to give for montair lc kids syrup for 14 days as a preventive medicine. but there is no cold when we started.. when can we stop it? We have given for 4 times now.
