1 month baby cold cough reflux
My son age is 1 month baby suffering from cold cough and tight tummy crying intense on night last week doctor gave cough cold medicine and antibiotics and nebulizer to use every 6 hours then breathing and nose block relief somehow today I consultant senior pediatric doc my son birth weight is 2.9 kgs today at 4 weeks weight is 3.7 kgs and length is 49cm and bmi is 15.74 kgs doctor prescribed 1.phena kid syrup, 2.tummy soft drop 3 . Econorm 250 mg 4. Zincovit and 5 . Decsil syrups is it safe for newborn and how to use these. Please tell I don't have access to good doctor in my area
