Cold, Cough fever every 2-3 months
I get sick every 2-3 months. I stay in Bangalore. It all starts with sore throat and followed by cough/cold and fever. Fever stays for 2-3 days then cold and cough takes 2-3 weeks or more to gradually subside. Some patterns i found when I fall sick - When I return to blr from trips, or when I suddenly go to gym or play sports, or sometimes even during normal routines i fall sick. I went to many doctors , even to manipal, but all doctors just write medicines like Amoxicillin and cough syrup without trying to understand underlying patterns and causes. I am fed up. Please help. What steps can I take to get a long term cure for this?
