Cough ,fever , sinusitis for 2 months
On 26 December 2018 i had itching throat and then cough started. I had low grade fever and it went away with home medicine. cough did not go away and persisted throughout January 2019. I kept feeling ill and did not have taste also i have consistent sinusitis and my ear won't pop. In February i consulted gp and took cefakind 500 for 8 days and ambrolite syrup. Cough severity decreased but it is still there. 2 days ago i checked my blood and xray. Cbc esr was normal. We have construction work going on in our building since 1 year.my father had tb chest 2 years ago. I dont have evening rise fever but i m having low grade fever intermittently. I m a Ayurveda practitioner and i m at my witts end. Please help.

U should do sputum smear test and CBNAAT in any government hospital.

Could be allergy because of the construction work. Try Allegra M Tab: 1 tab once daily in evening for 7 days.

How many days is the fever? Any loss of appetite or weight? Please check for B 12 and iron deficiency. Many times chronic cough is just due to that.
