Dear Sir/ Madam I have throt rash and cough with breathlessness,I am facing this problem for last two year in the same season...This time on 12 th march 2020 i again approached doctor with light cough and breathlessness symptoms :doctor prescribed few medicines :few blood tests done report found normal ,allergy test also normal,ECG Normal,Tryglicerides on higher side 240 Rosuvstat 10days montelukast 5mg at night daily 10 days Od 300 -od 10days AZYTHROMYCIN 500MG -03 DAYS FEW DAYS WENT WELL,COUGH TOTALLY DISAPPERED But since yesterday again breathlessness and cough...had cough syrup and started motelukast 5mg and OD 300 again...feel better but noticed rash in throat..me seems ...i need proper antibiotic...which he forgot to give ,need your advice...pls advice Regards Satya

Hello doctor, for the past 2 weeks I have been having Persistent Dry coughing which worsens when lying down. The feeling of mucus accumulation is felt around throat and chest area. Tried OTC cough syrups, specific dry cough syrups like Benadryl DR, lozenges but they provide temporary relief. I have tested for covid antigen twice in 2 weeks with 1 week gap in between and both reports are negative. I'm also on psychiatric medications for depression and anxiety as well as hypertension medications for the past 7-8 years. Similar symptoms were reported in last December 2019 and my chest x-ray showed some signs of pneumonia. Later sputum report confirmed it to be streptococcus pneumoniae and was treated with antibiotics and recovered from it. Is it possible if it is somewhat relapse of the same thing or could it be something else.

My pediatrician suggested SolvinCold AF syrup for my 10 month old kid. He is having running nose and sneezing. Dosage suggested is 5ml for 3 times a day. Is it safe to give 5ml? Is it not overdose? Just needed second opinion

My son age 4 years old Weight 15 kg No history of any health problems he is perfect by birth. Three days back Cough Mild cold Mild fever Stomach ups and down and some sound in chest When he breathing Above all symptoms having only one Dr prescribed Levolin 0.63 mg 4 times a day Budecort 0.5 mg two time a day Levloin plus syrup 5 ml 3 times Levocet M 5 ml once a day Advert fort 4 ml once a day From two days no cold cough no ups and downs stomach he is fine medicines are continue My dout is it normal ( bcz no previous history) Or is it any other health issues. Hi have been diagnosed with kidney stone in both kidney approx 5 mm. have consulted with doctors for removal and they prescribed below syrups but still it is not flushed out .. just to know best syrup for removal .. which should i continue 1. stone b6 2. Noculi b6 which is better and safe and can also take Neeri tablets with these syrup

My daughter has manageable cough in the day and active. It gets worse in the night that she gets severe bouts of cough (dry but I feel some mucus is stuck in chest and not coming out)that doesn't stop. She wakes up 2-3 times like this . She is currently taking levocet and ambroxil syrup from the past 2 days. When cough gets worse at night takes Asthalin puff. I was giving her Amoxicillin 600mg 5ml which was reduced to 2.5 now as the doc felt it's high dose. We are on day 5. How long should I wait for this to improve or should I get second opinions? We have done an x ray and it looks cloudy on the left lung. I am very worried about how long this will take to improve.
