No cough no cold is it asthama
My son age 4 years old Weight 15 kg No history of any health problems he is perfect by birth. Three days back Cough Mild cold Mild fever Stomach ups and down and some sound in chest When he breathing Above all symptoms having only one Dr prescribed Levolin 0.63 mg 4 times a day Budecort 0.5 mg two time a day Levloin plus syrup 5 ml 3 times Levocet M 5 ml once a day Advert fort 4 ml once a day From two days no cold cough no ups and downs stomach he is fine medicines are continue My dout is it normal ( bcz no previous history) Or is it any other health issues. Plz suggest..? What should I do next

Greetings, Madam , some children are prone to asthma due to genetics, We have to take care and minimum drugs. Confirm there no worms by doing Stool examination. if> positive give Albendazole 400 mg at night after light Dinner,, Always use minimum drugs, Give Broncordil syrup which has bronchodilators, No or minimal steroids'. ,>. Give plain steam inhalation. Build up immunity with ginger , turmeric. Turmeric in hot milk at night is good. Expose the child to get immunity, Run, sun bath, massage are helpful.

There's lot of ifs and buts in this case If this is acute one off episode then it could just be an viral infection of the lungs. If this is a recurring feature then it could be either asthma or other chronic lung pathology.
