I wouldn't advise drug straight away without seeing the child atleast online. It's important to assess the dehydration and cause for vomiting before just giving symptomatic medication. Kindly consult your local pediatrician or can consult me here in practo.

For Vomitings - Syrup ONDEM 5ml thrice daily before 30mins to food for 3days
For Cold - Syrup Montair lc kid 5ml daily once night for 3days
For cough - Syrup Ascoril Ls junior 5ml twice daily for 3days
