I am a patient of chronic seasonal allergy..suffering from cold and severe cough past months...have been on levosiz M and cough syrup containing ambroxyl...M recently suffering from severe throat pain so that M not able to drink water also...leave aside having food easily .. currently breastfeeding my 3months old baby, what should b the further course of treatment. I took combiflam syrup n levosiz M for d same but not relieved fully !

My daughter is 21minths old..on Friday while playing and jumping..suddenly she cried by keeping her hand on right side of head and said pain..and again on Sunday she cried with same pain while jumping.and at nyt she startd fever sdnly.i went to pead dctr on Mon day nyt..she gave deflzecort syrup 4ml.bid. ibuzone plus tid 4ml.i used 4 doses but fearing now as I came to know that is steroid.i want to stop both..is those doses cause any problem to my child.? Is there any withdrawal   symptoms with deflzcrt?fever is reduced.amd my baby is active only..no vomitings and she is fun only..is dat steriod cause any problem to my baby? Each 5ml contains 6mg deflzecort.

I have been coughing for a week and when cough comes, sometimes it comes and there is pain in my stomach.

Having cold and extreme cough dryness in throat and little swelling in tonsils sudden chest pain fir few minutes sometimes took pcm for 3 days followed by lhist and Allegra with diphenhydramine hydrochloride ammonium chloride syrup then took antibiotic azithromycin with pcm and at night lhist 2 day now chest pain is reduce but throat still paining will cough and dryness is still there sometimes extreme cough also took stream and garagel with betadine nothing is working

Last three days having a cough.. I am having allergic asthma. Airway sensitivity.For this I take Seroflo 250 Synchobreathe inhaler. Have done gargling, inhalation and taking Bro Zedex syrup. Cough is reducing but again back by evening. Especially after lunch and dinner. Phlegm is released but it comes back. I have dust allergy too. There's a construction happening next plot and so there's dust. But only last few days 3 days this cough ND constriction feeling and Irritation in throat. I take medicines for Thyroi, Sugar, High bp, cholestrol. All border line. All under control with medicine s.Pl adv.

My son 2.9 years old , last 2days he has cough and fever  was vomiting to , doctor prescribed levolon, ibugesic plus and ziprax dry syrup , but after 2days  fever decreaseed after taking medicine though coming back after some time, coughing is Not decreasing, it's continuous , more while sleeping and with in room, outside of house not coughing, today doc prescribed omnacortil forte 2.5 ml 3times for 6days .. is it ok to take this medicine for below 3years age?

I am suffering from cough from six months along with phelgm/mucus in throat. Sometimes I suffer from runny nose, sore throat and heaviness in chest also. I also feel sleepy during the day. At times there is dried blood in my left nostril. My blood reports, chest and nose X-Rays are all normal. I have consulted various physicians, ENT and chest specialist, tried various medications and cough syrups but it only works till the time I am taking them after that the problem starts again. Moreover I don't suffer from fever, inflammation of neck , blood in cough or weight loss. I am covid negative. Some doctors say there can be allergy from some particles in air, some say it can be sinuses but there is no concrete evidence. Please let me know what can be the problem or cause of this problem. I am really concerned as the condition has worsened with time.
