I am a patient of chronic seasonal allergy..suffering from cold and severe cough past months...have been on levosiz M and cough syrup containing ambroxyl...M recently suffering from severe throat pain so that M not able to drink water also...leave aside having food easily .. currently breastfeeding my 3months old baby, what should b the further course of treatment. My son is 3yrs 3 months old from Thursday he is having cold and friday night fever started and i gave calpol and other syrups for cold and cough till Monday it did not reduce so we took to hospital there doc said it is ok if he has temp between 99-100..but from yesterday he is having temp more than 100 if I give syrups it is reducing or else increasing... What to do please tell.. What might be the cause of fever for these many days

I am 33years old male...I have asthma...I take maxiflo 250 every day..I got Fever on 6th of February along with cough...one after another I already consulted with two doctors...as my cough was persisting even after taking the medicines given by the doctors...today I consulted with another pulmonologist ...he prescribed cepodem xp 325..ascoril plus syrup...nebulization with budecort  2times and duolin 3times For 3 to 5days mucinac 600...and predmet 16  2times for 5days..I already took all the medicines today...but my doubt is should I take predmet 16 2times for 5 days...as it is a high dose steroid I am a bit afraid to take it..though as  I already took 32mg total dose for today... Should I stop this medicine suddenly...or can lower the dose ...kindly suggest what to do..if I stop the medicine will there be any problem...or I should lower the dose...if that what should be the doses kindly suggest...plz suggest what to do...thankyou..

My son is 13 month old. He had fever cough and cold 15 days back. Our paediatrician prescribed fepanil and kofarest. We consulted again a week back as he had little bit of cold cough and nose block. He tested and told he even developed light throt infection too .so he added azee 200 and continue same medication for 5 days. He got relieved,but had €little cold. On Saturday 27 Aug we travelled our native. From yesterday night again he got fever and temperature was 101f. As no paediatrician is available in the town we went to hysician. He changed all the medicines and told to stop the previous one. He proscribed Ambrodil s (3 time 5ml), bactoclav dry syrup (2 times 5ml), Nobel Plus (3 times 5ml). Shall I go ahead with these medicine or shall I continue the previous medicine proscribed by our paediatrician? Please help as I am worried about his health and also about over dose
