Cough and cold consultation
Had a infected throat last weekend which was resolved by 5 tablets of cheston cold over 2 days (Tuesday). However the nasal irritation increased with severe watery nose and sneezing as I was in a rural area (dust smoke etc.) Took an antihistamine day before Yesterday evening and cheston cold 2 tabs yesterday as well. I have come back to my base location.
Currently have a stuffy nose with wet chest cough mild symptoms. Request guidance.

Since you have been exposed to dust and smoke, all your symptoms might be due to allergy to smoke and dust, but dont take other anti allergic when you have already taken cheston cold, as it already contains an anti allergic.
Next Steps
For a stuffy nose, take nasal drop " Xylomist" 2 drops thrice daily for 5 days and steam inhalation twice daily.
For a wet cough, take Syrup " Macbery - XT "
2 tsf twice daily.
Refrain from going to dusty areas till your symptoms subside, which might take 5-7 days.
