Since you have been exposed to dust and smoke, all your symptoms might be due to allergy to smoke and dust, but dont take other anti allergic when you have already taken cheston cold, as it already contains an anti allergic.
Next Steps
For a stuffy nose, take nasal drop " Xylomist" 2 drops thrice daily for 5 days and steam inhalation twice daily. For a wet cough, take Syrup " Macbery - XT " 2 tsf twice daily. Refrain from going to dusty areas till your symptoms subside, which might take 5-7 days.
Health Tips
Always wear a good quality mask.
