My brother is suffering with cough syncope .while coughing he getting unconcious plz advice

It is unlikely that the patient falling unconscious is related to the cough. Please visit a chest physician to rule out the cause of the cough if it has been persistent for a long time. Also visit a neurologist who may advise investigations to figure out the cause of loss of consciousness.
