My friend is suffering from fever and neck pain with cough we are giving her calplol paracetamol 500 mg 2 times with LEVOCETRIZINE 1 tab and amoxicilim and potassium clavulnate tab 650 mg 2 times and with codistar cough syrup what to do now

Sir I am from.assam.my son is having  cough and fever from last two days . I gave him Calpol and cough syrup. But he is not eating his food not even the chocolate which is his favourite. I think he is having a sore throat,dats why he is not eating,he starts crying during his feeding time. Please advise me what should I do. From last two days he has not taken his meal.

Husband is having fever and cough since a week 17 April onwards, he was having zeet cough syrup and paracetamol since than,but no relief and we took covid test also on Thursday which was negative and than we started azithral for 3 days and paracetamol and zeet along since Thursday but still having fever it goes with sweat after medicine.

Hello Drs. My son's age is 13 months, he has fever with cough and running nose. We have given pacimol to him.. Now there is no fever. Bug still he has cough and running nose.
