My baby has got fever, cold n cough .Fever was cured after 7-8 days, I m giving her antibiotics n nasal drops but she has got severe cough and still has cold.. Shall I use alex junior or ambroxil syrup? She is 1.10 years old.

Last 15 days cough syrup, drops and nebulizer with oxygen for one week every thing treated but cough still continue for my Baby age  4 Months old what else can treatment? Can I use nebulizer at home without oxygen for 4 Month baby?
