Hi I am 32 year old female, I am having problem in urination since 5 days. My urine routine report suggest there is bacterial infection. I have too much of burning while passing urine. Doctor has prescribed citralka syrup, I want to know what are the uses of this syrup and how would it be helpful.

Sir along wirh ursocol 300 mg tablet my doctor prescribe me a amlycure ds syrup for reducing my sgot and sgpt level My sgot is 44 sgpt is 45 total bilburin is 1.1 Alkaline phosphate is 290. Which in lft report till 308 is normal So plz tell me after taking a night  medicine in how many minutes gap  I can take this syrup it is ayurvedic syrup and I just buy it today and in back of that syrup it mention manufacturing date 2018 and expiry date Feb 2021 It is safe to use that syrup due to It less month left validity I fell scared to use it can i use that syrup and is it safe to use this syrup along with alopatic medicine plz clear it my all doubts doctor sir

Suffering from cough for last 15 days. 15 days earlier swich CV 325 and viscodyn syrup was started for throat pain and cough. Swich CV 325 closed after 5 days. Now having viscodyn for last 10 days. But cough is not cured. There is  decrease in frequency of cough but it still continue. Now it's coming morning , evening and sometimes in afternoon. Yellow cough in small quantity coming out each time. As compared to last week this week its decreasing but not cure till now. Viscodyn still continues. In addition to above janumet 50/1000 twice and azulix once a day taking for diabetes. Diabetes remain in range of 100-150. Currently it is 150 pp bcz of sweets taken during Diwali. In addition to cough , body itching is there for last 5 days in some arms, back and thigh. Please suggest medicines for cough relief and itching.

My fathers age is 81.after suffered from fever, sneezing, watery eyes etc now coughing continuously.pl suggest best treatment to stop coughing.
