My baby is 4 month old and had a head fall on 3rd Feb. Xray and ultrasound are clear. Litlle soft buldge is in the left side of head of a baby. For which dr. Has recommended shelcal syrup which will dry it up. He recommended to give that syrup 5 ml each twice day. I want to ask if 10 ml of calcium dose is good to give to baby who is 4 mnth old. If not how much ml I have to give?

Hello doctors , My baby is 7 months old . I give her vitamin d 1.5 ml daily . It is 400 iu. Yesterday I bought myer brand vitamin d syrup it is showing 1000 iu/ml Could you guide or advise me how much dose I should give to my baby. Attached pic of syrup .

My mom age 42 is healing Esophagitis using Ganaton total (PPI) and Cremaffin Plus Syrup for constipation and placida since 3 months. Now, changed from placida to anxit 0.25mg since 20 days because of facing severe anxiety symptoms insomnia, fear, fast heartbeat since one month. And now suddenly she had mensuration period after 1 year. Is it normal to have menstruation after 1 year of not having? Can she continue her medications cremaffin Syrup and all?

But today his motion interval increased so do tor prescribed TAXIM O syrup 5mg/100ml for 5 days. But we got TAXIM O syrup 12mg/30ml from medical. Are they same ? My father had low Hb( 11.1) and low platelets (68000) Doctor advised to take dexorange syrup twice and since platelets were less we were told to keep a check on any signs of internal bleeding. It's been 1 week since starting dexorange and since today morning he had dark colour stool No pain in stomach, or stains of blood. Is this due to iron supplement syrup or internal bleeding. Is it possible to get thrombocytopenia post covid. My father had covid on April 15th. He was given blood thinner due to high d dimer. Post blood thinners his platelets have fallen to 68000 earlier count was 168000. D dimer is normal now. How to increase hemoglobin and platelets quickly. My son is 4months old he has reflux. We are giving him Domstal suspension 1mg syrup 0.8ml twice a day. He usually throws up one full feed on daily basis. His intake is around 700ml. He is active and weights around 6kgs. Can you please suggest us if we should continue with domstal since it has been a month with this syrup. And if yes what would be the correct quantity to continue? Kindly suggest because this is the only biggest concern of him throwing up as we have also done the ultrasound for stomach and found no issues. Hence we are really confused why is this happening?

Hello, My mother is having low haemoglobin around 6 and full body swelling , she is under medication received and taking dexorange syrup as advised by doctor , just wanted to know how to cure swelling and how to increase haemoglobin levels?? Any injection or blood infusion is required?? Or syrup can cure the level?? Also please advise how to reduce swelling from the body if any medicine??
