Hello doctor, my son is 6 years old. I got his Circumcision done by a surgeon on Monday at 3.30 pm. It has been 4 days since he has had migraine and he is not getting any relief. Sometimes there is problem in urine, sometimes pain, sometimes swelling. We are giving him cefixime 100, urosol syrup and embulgesic syrup but he keeps saying only one thing throughout the day and night that there is burning sensation, there is burning sensation. Iam suffering from severe constipation from the last 3 days. I consulted a surgeon and finds that i have fissure problem. The doctor gave me cremapeg syrup, fidonal cream and some tablets. Iam using these medicines from yesterday night. But now iam again suffering from constipation, not able to pass full stools. Some stools stuck there. Today morning i used duphalac syrup 15mg. Maximum continuously how many days it can be given (2 or 3 days)...my 3 yrs 11 months old girl had continuous vomit n took emecet injection early mrng...no onset of vomit after tat... doctor prescribed 5 ml thrice a day emeset syrup...does it necessary or should I give only if she starts to vomit...if to be given for how many days...

Is Uprise d3 60K syrup (one 5 ml syrup weekly for 4 weeks) is safe dose for 15 months old kid? Just to make sure we are not overdoing on vit d. Kid is otherwise healthy mostly on home cooked food formula milk just one 300 ml bottle at night.

How to give Calcimax-P to my 9 months old baby. Pediatrician prescription says 5ML×BD. I don't understand what is BD. I have been taking inhaler from 3 months and the doctor has Said to take inhaler regularly. But now one doctor suggested me to take some tablets and salbutamol syrup everyday rather than taking inhaler everyday . He said it could lead to mouth infections , so use it when necessary.
