Head fall of a baby
My baby is 4 month old and had a head fall on 3rd Feb. Xray and ultrasound are clear. Litlle soft buldge is in the left side of head of a baby. For which dr. Has recommended shelcal syrup which will dry it up. He recommended to give that syrup 5 ml each twice day. I want to ask if 10 ml of calcium dose is good to give to baby who is 4 mnth old. If not how much ml I have to give?

I think its hematoma and will resolve by its own. Shelcal is just a calcium supplementation. You can give 2.5 ml twice daily
