Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

I have been having an extremely severe wet whooping cough that has lasted for 7 months. I do not smoke, and I am 6 months pregnant. I have been on Antibiotics, and even been to the hospital at least 40 times, and have gotten many IVs. i do not know what to do for this cough. I have tuberculosis,pneumonia, bronchitis, and very deep wet bronchial infection as well as a severe lung infection. I feel my chest rattle when I breathe and cough. And when I was auscultated, I had a croaking sound from my lungs, and sometimes when i cough, i can hear it myself, and it causes my cough to last so long, that I turn red from not being able to breathe and eventually even blue. Nothing seems to help with this damn cough.

Hi My 2.5 year old female baby had high fever and it got reduced after we gave augmentin duo syrup. However she still has runny nose and wet cough. We gave relent syrup 2.5ml x 3 times a day and brozeet ls syrup but dint work. Doctor has prescribed omnocortil 2.5ml twice a day along with Sinarest and Kofarest syrups Pls advise is it safe Baby weight is 9.5kgs. Urine and motion passing normally Food intake normal

My son age is 5 months. when he is playing and cooing he gets cough a lot, and baby sleeps in AC room with 28degrees. Please suggest cough syrup. We are in doubt that " does baby gets cough with water" because we are giving 4-6 table spoons of water when he cough.

Hello sir Continue cough coming 3 days ago fever came 102 after using dolo tab and paracetamol fever gone .now fever is 98.5 But continue cough is coming without stopping kindly advise any better syrup or tablet Throat getting burning whenever coughing little food coming out form cough pls tell thanks Thanks

I had cold 5-6 days back with no fever (nothing) but now i have wet cough with white sputum... The frequency is very low but sometimes there is constant sense that i will cough now i wil cough now but i dont and also when i force breathe out there is a bit of khadh khadh sound and sometimes i cough when i force breathe out..i am really confused that is there anything to worry about...??

Hi my baby is 11 months old. For past 4 days he has been caught by cough which is wet and can feel it contains lot mucus. So whenever he coughs, it looks like too much cough is inside his chest. Also whenever  he sneezes, yellow mucus comes out. But mucus has not been cleared till now. How to clear mucus so his chest and nose becomes free from cough and mucus. What could be done to get him healthy. Please help me out. He is doing all activity normally. But cough sound irritates us .
