I have wet cough,cold,watery nose and  watery eyes.Sometimes I have also sneezing.Please recommend effective tablets.

Is it okay to use this adult syrup in children? He also advised blood screening for Typhoid and Dengue. But my kid usually has cough not settling upto 2 weeks whenever he gets cold fever. Are those blood tests necessary?

I am 16 weeks pregnant and I have excess coughing during night time only whenever i sleep. i showed my gynac and she gave me honitus syrup but it did ot work . i still have coughing and my throat has red small bumps. can i try adulsa syrup?
