Wet Cough and congestion
I had cold and runny nose on 28th March, then I got wet cough and congestion last week. Tried everything took antialergic, steam.

From the brief history your symptoms are consistent with an Acute Respiratory Tract infection. The most common cause is viral which is self limiting and doesn't require antibiotics. Visit a physician who will evaluate you and prescribe antibiotics if he/she believes the cause is bacterial.
