Hello doctor's, my child is 2 years 2 months old, he weighs 12.2kg, recently he has got a fever and cough, low grade fever varied from 99.5 to 100.3, one day upto 101, doctor gave him Amoxicillin, asthalin. Fever settled down, but breathing issue started, noisy breathing, and he had a bad nasal block, he started breathing thro his mouth, now after one week, things are the same, persistent cough and breathing problem, doctor now gave him asthalin inhaler and budecort inhaler , monticope syrup, child is not taking the inhaler, fighting with me to take it, what's the solution for this, how long this symptoms lasts..

My sister infected with covid 2 weeks back with only fever onday other than no symptoms, yesterday blood test given and the results are crp 1.4, esr 70, cbp normal, lft normal, s creatinine normal, d dimer 720, ldh 400, ferritin 86, during covid she used doxy, ivermectin, vit c, zinc, vit d. Now using vit c, zinc and cough syrup for mild cough. Please advise any other medications required.

Hello doctor, my father mother myself and my husband was tested positive for covid. My 3 yr old daughter is also having symptoms even though we didnt do the test. Please help with this: My father was having symptoms of fever with headache and tiredness for last 1 week, he took azithromycin for 5 days after consulting with doctor, now fever subsided but since 3 days he is having on n off cough while talking laughing and occasionally while sleeping. No chest pain or difficulty breathing. He is 64 yrs old. 2 dose vaccinated. Is his symptoms severe should we get him admitted or will this get ok with cough syrup. Please advise. My husband is also having same symptoms he is 33 yrs old. Thank you in anticipation

Covid positive on 1st May 2021.done the general covid course upto 7th May 2021.now only vitamins, gargle and steam Still having mild fever in the range of 99 to 100 with cough in throat and occasional nose block. Tried cough syrup but not working. Fever and cold persistent. Require consultation.haemiglobin has come down to 11 and LDH-P 668, CRP 4.6,neutrophils 75%.no breathing problem, O2 saturation at 97 as on date.

I had fever 2 weeks back later I got blood test and got result for typhoid. Then I took covid test and it was negative. Then the doctor gave me IV with antibiotics and pantob. My fever got reduced and never came since then. I had cough from stomach so doctor gave me expectorant and bronchodilator syrup for four days. I later started taking hot water and my throat started burning again. Its been a day since I drank hot water and my throat started burning. I am having this cough with gas burps. Mainly burning sensation in throat and esophagus.

My father had few symptoms like losing of smell and taste, light coughing  etc. of Covid. So one of my family doctor gave him Azithromycin-500 to consume for 5 days, Histafree 120 for 5 days after dinner, Brophyle N for 10 days twice a day, Immu C plus tablet and Zincovit CL syrup and if any temperature is there then suggested him to take P 650 thrice a day My father started all the medicines from 24th April. From two days prior he has started to sense the smell and taste. But till now he has light coughing problem with some feeling of throat itiching. So does he require any more medicine? Kindly suggest me.

I have slight nasal congestion and no fever no cough since last 5 days . I consulted our doct and took prescribed medicine. Paracetamol 650 mg and Alex cough syrup for 5 days with vit c 500 mg twice a day and zinc 50 mg once a day. I m feeling like something stuck in my throat only on one side of chest in throat ( I think it's mucus) nd temperature 98.5 to 99. Covid test taking 2 days to get report. Are these covid symptoms or common flu?

On 5th April, did covid test RTPCR and it was positive. Today only, he started fatigue, upset stomach and cough symptoms. Currently he is taking: vit c, d, zinc, azithromicin, multi vitamin syrup, and 1 glass of orange juice daily. Should i be worry ? How long it will take to recover? Should he take any other med?

Hello Doc, We had come to my hometown a month back from Hyderabad and since then my 20 month old baby is falling sick often. As soon as we came here, he got viral diaarhoea with cold cough, fever. That got settled with medications but again within a span of 15 days, he got cold n cough again and now he is suffering from motions. 2 days back, he was having loose motions with fever 100.2 . Fever reduced in a day but till now he is having semi fluid motions. Stool report z normal. He is having only Tummy Soft syrup as of now. Antibiotics z not prescribed yet as no fever. My father is of 58 ( running )age  . He just finished his 5 days medications given by our family doctor i.e ( Azithromycin + montecope + vit C tablets ) and Grilinctus cough syrup . In the morning his body temperature was 99.6F and after taking crocin ( paracetamol 500) tablet  after 3 hours I taken his body temperature again and found its 98.4 F , is it a normal body temperature and do we need to worry ? Rest he is not having any other symptoms like cough,cold,runny nose, joint pain or else He just feels little body warm and no major weakness in him too . Also he dont feel salt in food rest can recognise spicy test and can recognise the smell to .
