Sir i am suffering from constipation what syrup should i take and tell me what type of food will i take please help me?

On 21/01/20 I have suffered with Fever, Cold and Cough, at the time I was taken paracetamol and after one day No Fever, but Cold and Cough is there till last week of Feb 20 after all cleared.Then From 12 Mar 20 again started Dry Cough, on 31 Mar 20 I was visited nearest PHC for there advise and they given the below Tablets for 5 Days. 1. Amoxicillin 500 MG 2.Paracetamol 500 MG 3. Certirizen 10 MG After taking the above, Cough was reduced, but short breath was started. Then, I have consulted Dr. Anand Kalaakar, General Madeline (Appollo Clinic, Pune) through "PRACTO" he is advised the below 1. Tab. Montek LC 2. Tab. Azithral 500 MG 3. Reswas Syrup 4. Deriphyllin Tablet I have Taken above medicine and breathing Problem slowed. from last 5 no breathing Problem,but lightly dry cough with phlegm. From today no cough but feeling sore throat , but short breath started again. Please advise

Male patient, Age 69 (with unstoppable coughing, even after antibiotics). Diagnosed with ILD in HRCT, and mild restricted pattern in PFT. Given Nintedanib 100 mg BD (with steroids) for 3 months, relieved from frequent cough, but continuous steroids was not good. Moved to other doctor, he gave only nintedanib 100 mg BD, cough syrup next 2-3 months. But, cough was still there. For better result, moved to other doc, gave Pirfenidone 267 mg BD, with steroid sparing agents (Serommune/Azathioprine 50 mg)-4-5 months. Condition improved, very less cough, patient is stable, no other complications, blood reports normal, but PFT still showed mild restricted pattern. Now, Doctor increased dose of pirfenidone to 801 mg BD with Serommune and Azathioprine 50 mg-20 days...still going on. Patient is fine, very less cough. I request your opinions, if this medication fine or Prifenidone overdose ? This will be fine or may have issues in long term ? Appreciate your suggestions on important points to focus

My son was having cough and cold on Friday, so we gave him soventus jr. Syrup on Saturday night, Sunday early morning he vomitted yellow colour at around 3 am then had breast milk and slept got up at 9 and vomitted again all white. Same afternoon did watery potty, and fever, we consulted doc, she suggested calpol for fever and Enterogermina, since yesterday there is no fever, did watery potty once in the morning but not eating anything still only on breast milk n water, also when he attempted to eat anything solid he does dry cough and pukes everything out. Pls help

Hi I visited our paediatrician yesterday he is having nearly 35years of experience,my baby is having cold cough and nose blockage and chest congestion too, doctor suggested corex dx cold cough, zyrcold for cold and odoxil dt 250(1/4th tab crush and mix with water) dexonate tab (1/2 crush and mix with water) can you please how much water can I use my baby is 3 months old, and corex dx is safe( it's alcohol free) Many doctors don't suggest this syrup so I am bit skeptical about corex( may I know your it's not suggest by other doctors)

Hello Dr I had severe throat pain ,sore throat,fever body pain ,chills,cough on and off I took augmentin 1/2-1/2-1/2 for 5 days Currently I don't have other symptoms but alot of  throat pain and soreness I'm having a herbal cough syrup and colora gargle I had also lost my voice partially but i recovered not fully though I also tend to get viral v often . I'm slim age 33 weight 45 Plz advise

My husband is having recurring fever and we went to the doctor who gave us some tests like Esr, Crp and cbc,ige. His cbc and ige is normal however his Esr (48) and Crp (28) is elevated. Along with the fever, he has cough and cold. He is given augmentin, cough syrup and calpol to manage fever. Recommend fluids intake. I am concerned as soon as the meds effects evades away. He is getting fever again. Is that concerning. My doc said that he should get better in 2 - 3 days. I stay alone with my husband. Should I admit him to avoid complications.

Taking antibiotics course for ( 3 times in 3 months) , pyregisic approx 15 times within 3 months , cough syrup almost daily and aspirin 3 times within 2 months and tablet omez 20 every other day could effect a person in a long run? Taking trikase 800 mg for 5 times and pyregisic 650 create any health issues? Doing masturbation for 4 times average in a week would make the body weaker? My husband had to take such medicine either due to fever with body aches or shortness of breathe with cough issue in every month. He's consuming huge amount of medicine for long time. Would it affect?
