Hi Doctors, My wife is into wk22 of pregnancy ageing 31, she had fever few days back and we consulted doctor. Doctor recommended some tests including covid test, and results for all reports were fine and covid as negative. Fever isn't there anymore too but has some cough developed, for which doctor recommended cough syrup which she is taking. She now has breathing problems. Per last report her haemoglobin dropped from 13 to 11 as well. We plan to see doctor again today/tomorrow but is there something we're missing? We do not want to apply our brain by taking any medicine which is why we rush to doctor for any alarming situation. Plz suggest on the possibilities. Looking for some guidance. Thanks !

Hello doctor, I have been admitted in hospital for Pnemonia. My blood reports are normal except ESR which is marginally higher. Xray is attached. I got my Sputum test done and the e-report what I saw on doctor's phone showed something like Haemophilus influenzae(got exact term from Google) what doctor referred to as a type of bacteria that causes Pnemonia. The medication that are currently going on are Taximax 1500 Pulmoclear Zipod CV 200 Linowin and Ambrolite Mucolytic syrup. I used to have low grade fever but now the fever is not there for the past 3-4 days but the coughing still continues and aggravates very often. The coughing is completely dry and no Sputum is generated. The treatment has been going on for the past 6 days and I'm still in hospital. Would like your opinion on how long will it take for the recovery with the current treatment?

I had c section in march. I am having slight pain in my left  lower side of stomach. Earlier it was rare but from few days I can feel it continuously. Met with physician she said it's normal after c section. Want to know the reason and what can I do for this? Two more things I am experiencing after pregnancy 1. I suffered from cough during whole 9 months. Had cough syrup during pregnancy. After delivery its stopped but I can feel bulgum in my throat every time mostly when I wake up. And in moring and night after brushing bulgum comes out in small parts. Why is it so? 2. From 1st month of pregnancy till now I am having continuous pain in my left heap. Please suggest what I can do for these problems

My 2 year old son's urine output has reduced a lot from past 2 to 3 days. Earlier we had to change his diaper every 4 to 5 hours otherwise it would leak. Now even after 8 hours his diaper is not even half filled. He has viral fever last week which has been cured but due to cough and chest congestion he is on medication Ambrolite-s 3times a day and tixylix kids cough syrup 3 times a day. Is this one of the side effects of medicines or something else. Do we need to rush to a pediatrician or can wait and watch. He is not eating anything these days...only taking milk and water. Please suggest.

I had 17.25 RT PCR recoved from covide. Having gastric problem taking Pan-d since 14 days and sucral syrup since 4 days morning and night. Gastric problem decrease. I use to get smell from my stomach to nose and sult and sour toung high chest and little breathing problem. Now it is decreased to 90 %. Since four days had little cough so Today I had dextromethorphan hydrobromide, ect Maleate syrup (alex) cough syrup for mula. I am unable to sleep now. I am getting sleep alot but when I try to sleep some parts of my body moving very fast and making me walk up. This happened when I am suffering from covide.Yesterday if I lay down in Supine position. I can fell with my hand at my back at external abdominal area is beating like heart no pain Day before yesterday my HRCT says corade score 1. Yesterday RT PCR is negative. Kidney function test also ok all blood test ok. For LFT test blood is clotting. Tomorrow I will give blood at morning. pl explain why body parts moving fast and waking me.

Male patient, Age 69 (with unstoppable coughing, even after antibiotics). Diagnosed with ILD in HRCT, and mild restricted pattern in PFT. Given Nintedanib 100 mg BD (with steroids) for 3 months, relieved from frequent cough, but continuous steroids was not good. Moved to other doctor, he gave only nintedanib 100 mg BD, cough syrup next 2-3 months. But, cough was still there. For better result, moved to other doc, gave Pirfenidone 267 mg BD, with steroid sparing agents (Serommune/Azathioprine 50 mg)-4-5 months. Condition improved, very less cough, patient is stable, no other complications, blood reports normal, but PFT still showed mild restricted pattern. Now, Doctor increased dose of pirfenidone to 801 mg BD with Serommune and Azathioprine 50 mg-20 days...still going on. Patient is fine, very less cough. I request your opinions, if this medication fine or Prifenidone overdose ? This will be fine or may have issues in long term ? Appreciate your suggestions on important points to focus

Aristozyme syrup is safe to use or not??? Is there any serious side effect of this???...if any then plzz tell me

My son is 1 year old, he is not taking calcimax syrup and toneferone syrup, everytime we try he cries so much and not take syrup, can I mix these syrup with milk and feed him?
