My husband is having recurring fever and we went to the doctor who gave us some tests like Esr, Crp and cbc, ige. His cbc and ige is normal however his Esr (48) and Crp (28) is elevated. Along with the fever, he has cough and cold. He is given augmentin, cough syrup and calpol to manage fever. Recommend fluids intake.
I am concerned as soon as the meds effects evades away. He is getting fever again. Is that concerning. My doc said that he should get better in 2 - 3 days.
I stay alone with my husband. Should I admit him to avoid complications.
