Get complete blood count, blood sugar, tests for typhoid, malaria, dengue and chickenguniya done and share results.
For body pain, you can take tab combiflam one every 8hours for 2 to 3days after meals. Continue taxim for 5 days, I.e. 2 days more.
Cap multibay one morning and one evening for 15 days.

If the fever is not subsiding
