Dear Doctor, My son is having fever about 101 since 2 days, with minor cold no cough, as doctor suggest for blood report where CBC is 15320 WBC 374000 polymorphos 54 lymohocytes 43 MCV is 76.3 MCH 25.00 CRP is 12.00. Doctor give medicine as Paracetamol 250 with mefenic acid, amoxcycliin with potassium calvanute and delcon syrup. Please suggest is it normal what should I do now.

Hi, My daughter aged 7.8 years with weight 27.9 KG is having high fever (102). She is on medication with P500 - 4.5 ML and cough and cold syrup. 2.5 ml each. 24 hours passed but fever is Still not reduced. Should I increase p500 dose to 7.5 ML or can I give her Meftol suspension? Please suggest. Any other medication also can be suggested. Thanks.

My 7 year old child is complaining of headache and ear pain from past 4 days as last week he had eaten ice cream and cold water also in sports activities.there is puss coming out of his ears and runny nose .is this causing him headache in both upper front side of head and ear ache also .doctor prescribed him gramocef with other cough syrups like bromexene, ancer and ibugesic plus .is it anything to be worried about .is it anything related to sinus or how .pain behind ears also he says .

My rt-pcr test came negative but in CBC test result bacterial infection got detected.. doctor has prescribed me Augmentin 625 , dolo 650 ,montrx-fx tablet and Ambrodyl plus cough syrup . So If I chew vitamin c tablet will that help to kill my bacterial infection and regain my test ..currently whatever I am eating I am getting bitter test

Sir/ma'am I read an article today regarding fish oil tablets and multivitamin stating it prevents diseases of future. I am completely healthy but still want to improve on overall health and glow of skin. Should I start taking fish oil tablets or multivitamin? If yes, which one to take and for how many days? PS: I have not taken any medicine before in my life except paracetamol for fever and cough syrups.

My brother was diagnosed with covid 12 days back and he was in isolation plus he was taking medications-multivitamins,zinc,ivermectin,doxycycline,azithromycin,ibuprofen and paracetamol and also a ascoril cough syrup. Yesterday we tested again and the results came negative. But it's not been 14 days yet. So is he actually negative or are the reports wrong ? Should we do re test or keep him in isolation for few more days ? Please help me out. Thanks.

Had HB1AC of 7.9 on 16th May, Currently FBS - 99,PFBS - 105. Didn't have a history of being diabetes. Got Infected from COVID on 10th April,2021 , recovered at home on 20th April, 2021. have taken only a paracetamol and cough syrup. Have started getting symptoms from 15 days like discomfort in eyes, discomfort in neck, sometimes head and a bit of nose congestion which clears easily. Can this a case of Black Fungus? Hi I had severe acidity and gastric problem for a week. Now after taking multiple medicines its fine. From today morning I am having throat pain and not able to swallow food correctly. No cough nor any congestion in chest. Presently taking Ganaton Total, Gaviscon Syrup and Normaxin RT for my gastric and stomach related problems. I had dry cough 15 days and 1 -2 da ys mild fever. I refer onr doctor on WhatsApp. He prescribed me Mahacef 200, zedex syrup, Thioasthaline 1/2 * 2 for 5 day's and asked to do Rt-pcr. I tested Rt-pcr. It was Negative. I am All right but today i passed Blood in stool red bright blood. Please suggest what to do
