Headache with ear puss
My 7 year old child is complaining of headache and ear pain from past 4 days as last week he had eaten ice cream and cold water also in sports activities.there is puss coming out of his ears and runny nose .is this causing him headache in both upper front side of head and ear ache also .doctor prescribed him gramocef with other cough syrups like bromexene, ancer and ibugesic plus .is it anything to be worried about .is it anything related to sinus or how .pain behind ears also he says .

He's having acute Otitis Media. Can be treated with antibiotics. Use Ottivin pediatric nasal drops 2 drops twice daily along with the other medicines. Avoid water entry in the ear.

Please continue same medicine add antihistaminic 1 HS  along with steam inhalation x 3 times a day

He is suffering from Acute otitis media due to underlying Acute upper respiratory tract infection.
Next Steps
Continue same medicine. Add Decongestant nasal drop to unblock the Eustachian tube which connect from nose to ear.
