Severe phlegm and light cold
Hi, My daughter aged 7.8 years with weight 27.9 KG is having high fever (102). She is on medication with P500 - 4.5 ML and cough and cold syrup. 2.5 ml each. 24 hours passed but fever is Still not reduced. Should I increase p500 dose to 7.5 ML or can I give her Meftol suspension? Please suggest. Any other medication also can be suggested. Thanks.

dear parents,
paracetamol reduces fever for 4hrs &do not cure the cause, fever means infection, cause to be searched.
better consult a paediatrician online or off line to get a prescription. &advice.
