Recently Answered Questions on wet cough syrup

My Son who is 2yrs 9months old, started getting mild to high fever from 21st March, it ranges from 100 to 104 on daily basis. Thogh the frequency of fever have reduced from 4-5 time a day to 2-3. But the temperature remains same. He is also experiencing coughing which has now become worst. And even the mucus flowing from nose is quite yellow and think. We did his CBC and CRP twice, both the test have worsen, CRP is 48. His pediatrician says it seems Adenovirus and it takes time to cure also have now suggested a rsp viral PCR. Can anyone help if it's going in the right direction. My child suffers from speach delay so he isn't even able to convey his pain.

I was recently recovered from cold of 25days due to travel history now I'm sensitive to dust, cold breeze of fan during night time and early morning ..... whole day i was good (rarely I'm getting sneezes due to dust allergy hence runny nose starts) during night I feel diacomfort with fan air but there's no option to switch it off as im staying in hostel , hence due to fan I was getting cough for a while with foam, clear mucus and some digested food tooo for around one hour... And then i can sleep hassle free.... Can you please suggest to recover from this problem

Hi Sir/Madam 2 days back, my father aged 60 years developed Cold, cough with mucus and nasal congestion. I visited nearby General physician. Doctor prescribed Ebast-m, sporloc and Doxy-1 L tablets. Yesterday night after dinner, my father took his first dose of Doxy-1 L DR Forte tablet. At 3 AM, his left knee was locked and he was unable to walk. Now both of his knees are paining and he is unable to strech his legs. He is unable to fist his left hand. On the right hand, he is unable to bend one finger. Kindly let me know if this is due to the tablets that he took or a symptom of any disease. He is a diabetes patient. Kindly advise whom I can contact now. An orthopedic or GP or Neurologist. Thanks in advance.

Im a 21 year old guy.I'm having fever(99.7 F) and dry cough. Iam also feeling little weak and I was having head ache earlier but after having paracetamol I'm not having headaches any more. I have no difficulty in breathing and I'm able to taste food as well.I have been sick for about 20 hours now. Recently there was a weather change from hot to cold maybe that's why I have this fever. I never go outside in public and I do stay away from people most of the time. 1)Should I be concerned regarding this? 2)Do I need to do a covid test or just stay at home and closely see my symptoms? 3)What are the things that I should avoid doing this period? 4)In what case do I need to go the hospital? 5)In case if I go to the hospital what are the different tests that I should do?

My mother is corona positive tested on 28 of april and having fear and cough and weakness .. earlier i was giving paracetamol and other body pain tablets but after the confirmation i m giving the following medication written by my friend mother's doctor dealing with corona positive case the medicines are 1 Doxycycline tablet 2. ivermectin tablet 2.vitamin c tablet 3.zinc covit 4. Azithromycin tablet 5.gas tablet .. is it enough or i should take other medicine please prescribe or suggest me with additional medicines or guidelines ..

Since 3 days I have fever, cold, sore throat and Vomiting, cough I visited our family doctor she gave me medice accordingly. But still I have all symptoms since 3 days no change mostly. In last October I faced all the above symptoms I done 7 blood test, CT scan, RTPCR COVID-19 test too in October 2020 all reports comes normal. This time same all I m doing job too 2 days I took rest but today I went office and I have to sit in air conditioner too. I have uploaded pics of report see..i have to go to job too.so please advice me..What to do now???

Hello Doctors, My father is 54 years old. He has diabetes and BP.. On an average his BP is around 132/85 and Sugar level is around 250.. He has a problem of running nose and sneezing and slight cough on a regular basis. He calls it allergy and and even take mild cold medicine presicribed by doctors here but since we live in very small town I am not sure how reliable this can be. I request you to please advice whether it's a allergy or not and how it can be treated.. he starts to sneeze with slight change in temp.. it can be early morning or afternoon when it's sunny and even with strong perfume. Please let me know what should we do and what type of medication should he take as he is diabetic regular medicines can be problematic.we got his chest X-ray(attached). Kindly advise!

I am a tb patient. Age 24 years. I have completed 5 months of tb treatment. After 2 months of treatment my chest x ray was good. My afb test was negetive. And my chest pain had gone. I have good appetite. No nausea. I am taking R cinex 600 and benadon 40. But now for 2 days my left chest is paining mildly. Sometimes it occur when i twist my upper body. Sometimes while breathing. Sometimes on its own. And also have mild cough with phelgm. I am so worried about this pain. Please help me.

Dear sir My daughter initially has been facing running nose and cough problem from last 3 days .I have consulted a doctor who suggested me 1.Nasoclear drops 2. Drop Maxtra .75 ml - 8 hourly for 5 days 3. Drop ascoril ls .75 ml -8 hourly for 5 days 4. Drop crocin 1ml 6 hourly SOS Last Evening she had 100 fever , I have her crocin at 8 30 pm , 2 30 AM and 8 30 am, but I have not given her Maxtra and Ascoril LS thinking they are antibiotics and not needed. I have searched on net as well somewhere it is mentioned that they are not antibodiotics and sfae . Please suggest shall I give these medicines . Are they  safe or can they be avoided? I m first fime mom and My baby is 1 month 10 days old. He is suffering from cough and cold and My pediatrician has prescribed him Maxta 6 drops 3 times for 7 days, Ascroil -LS 5 drops 3 times for 7 days and Otrivin S 1 drop each nostril 5 time for 7 days. By mistake Instead of drops , I have been giving him .6 ml matxra and . 5 ml Ascroil- LS for last 3.5 days. What are the consequences? I hope this doesn’t affect any of the organ of my child. I am really worried as he is very small.Help plz
