Chest pain and mild cough with phelgm
I am a tb patient. Age 24 years. I have completed 5 months of tb treatment. After 2 months of treatment my chest x ray was good. My afb test was negetive. And my chest pain had gone. I have good appetite. No nausea. I am taking R cinex 600 and benadon 40. But now for 2 days my left chest is paining mildly. Sometimes it occur when i twist my upper body. Sometimes while breathing. Sometimes on its own. And also have mild cough with phelgm. I am so worried about this pain. Please help me.

It is definitely not heart related, appears to be a muscle pain.If  your cough is increasing show your local doctor and get treated for it.

Not heart relate. Could be muscular or pleuritic pain. If you have cough and phlegm , get your chest x ray done and consult a pulmonologist
