Sir/ma'am My grandmother kidney transplant recipient since 1999 is having creatinine of 1.4 and urea 33. She is having coughing from last 3 days. We are using strepsils (cofsils) for her and looking for good cough syrup. Kindly guide which cough syrup can she take which is safe for kidneys? Thankyou

I took my medicine fluoxetine 20 mg 18 days before now the my medicine has stopped completely .I have cough so can I take cough syrup to get relief from my cough.is it ok to take cough syrup .even I took covid vaccine before 8 days.

Hi I had a fever and dry cough on the 22nd Feb since then taking medication. Gone through multiple tests no detection of Malaria, Typhoid. Only the LCT count is high on the CBC report around 17000. Taking medicine for 15+ days but no improvement Having a fever around 98.5 daily and in between it reaches to 99+ in spite of taking medicine for infection and fever on a daily basis. Regular coughing is there even some time more than bearable and having fever more than 98.5

I drink around a glass of water and goes to sleep around around 10.30 to 110m. Suddenly between at  3 to 4pm i am having some dry cough for 2 to 3 mins. Then i will wake up and sit down. Then drink some water. Later after 2 to 3min i am feeling normal again. For the past 10 days almost for every day this kind of problem seen. In the day time atleast till going to bed this kind of dry cough not much. I am worried a lot what could be really going wrong. Could you please help me to provide your suggestion and treatment to come out of this problem?

My father of age 41 years has been suffering from frequent cough,fever, weight loss and weakness for more than 6 months. He consumes tobacco products and cigarettes. He coughs so often at noon night time. He has lost much weight. 4 months before he was diagnosed with typhoid and from that time he has been suffering with fever. He's looking so weak and lean. Seems like allergic cough starts from the throat area. Once started continues for a long time in a rate of more than one cough per second. Already done with 2 courses of augmentin. As a control measure, used to give nebulisation with budocart and levolin. Still not cured completely. Gets attack atleast once in a day. Mostly in night.
