Constant dry cough for girl child 5yrs

Asked for Female, 5 Years

Seems like allergic cough starts from the throat area. Once started continues for a long time in a rate of more than one cough per second. Already done with 2 courses of augmentin. As a control measure, used to give nebulisation with budocart and levolin. Still not cured completely. Gets attack atleast once in a day. Mostly in night. Lives in srinagar where there are frequent climate changes.
