Hello dr . l have had cough and breathlessness for 6–7 years. Asthma is not confirmed, and asthma treatment has not helped much. PFT showed FEV1 41% and FEV1/FVC 57% (poor-quality report). I also have palpitations, body-wide pulsations, fatigue, joint pain, muscle pain, eye pain reddness and elevated ESR/CRP. Which specialist should I consult first?

Had severe cough cold since 25 Sept,  azee 500 and montec lc taken 1 course but it keeps recurring even now. Have travelled from blr to delhi on Oct 5and had it in delhi again along with the kids and spouse in delhi. Hello From dec 2024 I am having acid reflux issue where it started with throat issues, I was feeling like a lump in the throat, it stayed for 3-4 months, j was taking PPI and antacid, it got treated, but again after 1 month that is in may 2025 I started having dry cough again it was due to acid reflux and still I am having this. I am taking PPI and antacid again and I have done alteration to my diet and some lifestyle changes, Still I need help to cure this permanently. Please suggest.

My daughter is suffering from high fever, cold amd cough since two days. After evry 5 hours her temperature rises to max 102.5 degrees ,giving her peracetamol in a gap of 5 hours..we have consulted online for her medicine n doses , Is there any other measures to be taken ? Do we need to take her to hospital ?And how long it wl take for the temperature to be normal?plz suggest and give ur views..thank you

Hi mam/sir My kid is 2.5 years old and since last 3 days he is suffering with fever cough and cold. I'm giving him paracetamol drops of the temparature is 100+. Fever coming mostly at night times. But baby is active and food intake is normal(little less when compared). And also since last 10 days he is having motion problem he is pooping once for 4or 5 days and that too hard stools. Kindly suggest something here. Overall baby is active no dullness no dizziness

I am suffering from a cough in the respiratory tract,  the mucus and phlegm is constantly there for the last 2 months, tried various antibiotics like Azithromycin, anti allergic and expectorants but still it's not going completely. My 40 days old daughter seems to have cold and cough (very rare) from 2 dags but I am not able to figure if she is actually suffering from cold or it's normal. Because last time when I consulted the doctor also she seemed having cold (sound in nose) but the doctor said her chest is clear so it's not cold and dint prescribe any medicine. Now should I be worried or it will get cured with breast milk feeding?
