Fever cold and cough
Hi mam/sir
My kid is 2.5 years old and since last 3 days he is suffering with fever cough and cold. I'm giving him paracetamol drops of the temparature is 100+. Fever coming mostly at night times. But baby is active and food intake is normal(little less when compared).
And also since last 10 days he is having motion problem he is pooping once for 4or 5 days and that too hard stools.
Kindly suggest something here. Overall baby is active no dullness no dizziness

Just give pcm and cetrizine 5 ml in nyt and if fever persists for more than 6 days then go for investigation
Give more fluids and warm things, ors for loose stools nad no need to worry
