High grade fever indicates viral infections as the cause. Associated cold and cough will indicate focus to be like viral cold.
Kindly mention the weight, dose and dosage of the Paracetomol being given.
Danger signs include fast breathing, irritation and excessive crying (if any of these present, immediately visit the doctor)
Next Steps
Ensure proper hydration and adequate food intake.
I would suggest visiting the nearest pediatrician for assessment and need for further treatment

High fever suggests a probable viral infection.
Continue giving paracetamol and visit pediatrician if she becomes irritable/has any difficulty in breathing/fast breathing
