My 2 year old son had fever last 1 month and he got down with it 5 times in a month cold and cough is also there we have consult to 3 doctors doctor said it is infection so we stop his feeding bottle and he does not go very much outside because of dust despite of this he again get down with fever doctor please suggest me what can be the reason should we soes some test of him ..

I am getting black cough from lungs from last 1 month, I was a smoker for almost 4 months and left smoking 3 weeks ago. Please suggest next step , is it sign of any serioys disease.I don't have any other symptom other than black mucus and some times frequent throat clearing .
