Why am i spitting blood without coughing
Today morning, I started spitting blood without coughing. Out of nowhere, there was huge amounts of blood but there were no signs of vomit or nausea either. Fever with cough & cold
Please suggest medicine for fever with cough & cold. I have taken Dolo & cetricip(1m/2), twice.. i.e yesterday & today day time. Not much improvement.
Temperature is variant, sometimes low, sometimes high.

Cough throat pain
Symptoms since last two days.
It started with slight throat pain and mucus buildup in nose with pain above eye and forehead area.
Now I have severe throat pain and greenish yellowish phlegm while coughing. Mucus discharge is still there from nose.
I have been taking paracetamol before sleep.
