Nose blocked  and cough when talking,sore throat, very difficult to sleep at night. But day time it's ok to take breath . And also if I run 1 minute I feel fatigue and tired. And also I have  stress and difficult to concentrate.

Hello, Take steam inhalation with Karvol plus twice daily, betadine mouth gargling along with anti allergic medications. Take xray PNS, spirometry for further evaluation. May require nasal spray.
