Hello Doctor, Since 1 month I am unable to breathe properly, everything it feels like something is kept on my chest and throat.. Sometimes I am getting cough also. Every time I am facing breathlessness. Due to that I am unable to speak properly. I Consulted a doctor 1 month before and he suggested take Allegra-M for 30 days. I did the same while I will have medicine then will feel relieved, after sometime same problem wilo occure... Can you please help me what to  do?

My 8 months baby is down with cold and cough. He does not have fever and is fairly active, but sometimes gets uncomfortable while breathing because of blocked nose and heavy chest.
