During cough, mucus coming in red colour

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hi Sir/Madam, I am suffering with cold from past 5 days. Early morning am feeling mucus was around my lungs and when cough and get it out, its in red colour from two days. I am afraid if any issue or internal bleeding happening. Please suggest me, what action I should take to prevent any damage before. Regards, Manjunatha Reddy Anthapu
