Yesterday I mentioned a pain problem I had, where I was feeling pain near the second vertebra in my chest The pain is getting worse and worse to this day I did xray as advised by doctor,which report came normal I want to relieve my pain I would appreciate it if you could help me in this regard   Yesterday's message about my problem ( category Cardiology & ostiology) was as follows:- ( I'm having a problem I would be very grateful if anyone can help me About 5-6 years ago, I suddenly noticed that a small part of my upper left hip was slightly raised than the other side I don't feel any pain or suffering in this regard But 8 days ago I had a minor accident, where the brakes of my scooty came and hit the left side of my chest just below the hip bone I didn't feel any pain the first day but started feeling pain the next day I used ice and volini spray during the day, the pain was not so severe It was a very fine pain I feel a little more pain since yesterday I'm so scared Although xray

3 Years back I got an injury while playing basketball. My right knee twisted.. Nothing was seen in Xray. MRI was done and a tear was diagnosed. Consulted a renown sports injury doctor and he recommended to let it heal on its own. I was told to take Crocin pain relief whenever it pains. After 6 months my knee got better. I went for physiotherapy for 2 months. Since then, i have been facing a lot of knee pain in both my knees. The pain is so unbearable that i fall in tears and i can't take it.. it happens mostly in night. I tried applying volini, heat pad, cold pad, wearing knee cap. But nothing works. It happens atleast 3 times in a month.. I have no issues in walking, climbing stairs, stretching or exercising. Would love to have a recommendation on this. Thank you

How to answer such type of question - if u are not able to sleep then how cum u are able to sleep at 6am or 4 am, the truth z u don't want to move on, u have only one solution of every problem just to quit, every person has a problem in their life but they fight nd u.. u only depend on medicines of prescribed by psychiatrist, if Don't want to consult orthopaedic and u r saying u r facing pain and volini z not going to help then u love urself seeing in psychiatrist clinic keep doing, u dont want to be happy dats y u r in dis condition, the way u r fact z u r not going to be happy at any place in world, u r foolest dumbest person ever, u r nothing but worst, nd so on so on

Hi, my brother is complaining about knee pain since last two months. We have been to 2 doctors, but they both couldn't help him for long. One doctor suggested for physiotherapy which didn't work out. And another gave some medicines, which he took for a while. But as soon as he stopped medicines, the pain started again. In X ray reports, there are no visible signs of bone damage. So, bones are in correct state as per doctors also. And now, he feels, that there is some liquid filled up under his knee bone, for which he feels pain. He applies volini gel and warm strip for relief at night. So, I want to know that, what this particular problem, of 'watery knee' is known in medical science. Which doctor should we take him to ? Ortho or muscle specialist ? Whats the correct medical treatment for this ? As we want a correct treatment now, cz he feels pain every time now and this is affecting his work also.

I injured my right ankle on 20th February, it is a month now. Extreme pain and swelling had lasted for a few days only. I had consulted an orthopedist and was prescribed, flexilace (aceclofenac+paracetamol) tablets, flexilace ointment, crepe bandage and an ankle splint to wear. The oral medication I had taken for about 5 days. The ointment (using volini now), crepe bandage and ankle splint I am still using. However, at present, though the pain is substantially less; I can't walk fully comfortably and neither has the ankle gone back to its original flexibility. Over the last week I had to go run a few errands as I live alone and that required some walking. There seems to be resurfacing of some pain specifically in the ankle and also calf and thigh muscles. This has been happening on days I am walking or climbing stairs; it doesn't pain while in action but many hours later it feels sore. My main concern is, is my recovery normal? Or should I take a 2nd opinion?

I have been having chest congestion, chest heaviness, shortness of breath, sometimes suffocation , one time can't see properly (blurred eyes), i have been facing these problems since October 2016 in the starting it was only Shortness of breath then after some time chest problems started now i have been taking some medications from last 2 or 3 months,medications are :- levocetirizine ip 5mg tablets, diclofenac prolonged tablest, ranitidine tablets ip 150mg, amoxyllin capsules 500mg, and other orally liquid syrup, whenever i am taking these medication i do not have any problems but when sometimes i forget to take these medications then the probles started again, my upper body parts (neck, face, head) starting heating up, then suffocation, then i have to take medication to avoid these problems, also i have been having back pain from last 1 month , i had been used many treatment like moov, volini spray but nothing resolved, (i want to tell to that i heavly smoked from 8 years but quit

Started 2 weeks back suddenly out of no where while waking up one morning. Couldn't even get out of the bed. Crocin pain tablets or cambiflam tablet or volini spray didn't work. I've asked him to sleep on the floor as of now. After 2 weeks, now, he's able to bear the pain. As the day starts there's lots of back pain. Then as he walks n moves around, the body becomes flexible n towards the end of the day he finds it easier to walk, climb stairs etc. But any sudden jerk or movement causes deep pain. As a result he's not able to go for any workout like walking or jogging. He's been a software engineer for 10 years, n this is the 1st time he's fallen sick like this. Pls suggest the remedy for complete cure and non- reoccurrence. Thank u.

I started feeling pain in my right leg since after I increased my per day walking distance from 0.5 km to 2 km. i started feeling pain in my lower side of right leg muscles. Also, I realized that the was some knee injury caused by the placement of an iron road under my desk in office. I almost completely recovered from that by ensuring not to let my leg touch the iron road & by applying Volini in the affected area of knee. But problem caused by excessive walking is still there & all the time I feel heaviness in my right leg alongwith some pain while stretching or folding my leg. Is this really due to vitamin D insufficiency as told to me by a doctor or should I go for MRI test? because if it is vit D insufficiency why it has only impacted my right leg instead of whole body. If it is really vit D problem, is it prudent to take injection or not? or should I MRI test? period of pain - 1 month approx & vitamin d related medication - 1 week complete

Hi, I met with a minor bike accident 3 weeks back. Since then I started feeling pain in my right side ribs just under my right breast. Earlier, I thought its a normal muscle pain & will vanish with time so I started using Volini gel/hot gel bag for treatment for 2 week. As I felt no improvement, I went for the Xray scan as per doctor's suggestion. X ray report was normal so doctor suggested me normal pain killer medicines for muscle pain. I have been taking those medicines since a week now but still pain is stagnant. Pain is more strong during minor body movements, sudden shocks while travelling in bus/car/bike/rikshaw & during hiccups. I cant turn my sides during sleep. Please guide how should I get this cured. I'll be very thankful. Thanks.

Hey docs,I need some help..I have been getting some strange symptoms for last 5 months and I don't know what these really are..to clear everything I have had all heart tests 3 months ago and they came back normal. Average HR(85bpm) and BP(120/84) These are my symptoms 1) Palpitations (pvc's and flutters)(occasional) 2) both arms,shoulder and back pain(left arm, shoulder and back pain might be nerve related as they hurt with certain movements but they go away if applied volini spray)(happens alot for months) 3)Small Sharp pains/spasms in chest and arms lasting for few secs(occasional)(they cause panic attacks) 4)Weakness in left arm(occasional)(usually comes in if I am thinking about it) 5)Difficulty/shallow breathing (happens alot)(possible anxiety) 6) Sometimes fatigue and dizziness(not always) I am just 17 and I have been suffering since 5 months with no risk factors but the symptoms keep getting worse. Please Help
