Which one is best Xet Cr 12.5 or Pexep Cr 12.5? Although the compositions are same Paroxetine but one is prolonged release and other is controlled release. My doctor suggested Xet Cr 12.5. Is there any difference between both tablet?

But panic attack me कोई सुधार नहीं हो रहा हैं. मैंने past me paroxetine 25 mg लिया था. तो उससे panic attack me सुधार हुआ था. But doctor ने मुझे इसके जगह पर propranolol दिया. मैंने कहा की paroxetine दे दे. But उन्होंने नहीं दिया. मैंने सुना हैं की panic disorder के लिए paroxetine best दवा हैं. क्या मैं propranolol की जगह पर paroxetine ले सकता हू.
